Ingredients 3-4 serves:
Beef Marinade:
500g Cleavers Organic Beef Stir fry
1 ½ tbs oyster sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp grated ginger
2 tbsp oil
Lime fish sauce dressing:
3 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp water
1 ½ tbsp fish sauce
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp minced garlic
For serving:
1 packet vermicelli noodles
1 butter lettuce chopped
1 carrot julienned
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup cabbage diced
Mint and coriander
Toasted peanuts
1. Marinate beef with sauce ingredients and leave for 20 mins
2. Whisk together dressing ingredients
3. Prepare vermicelli noodles
4. Prepare all your veggies for serving while you cook the beef
5. Serve up desired amount and enjoy!
